This new residence in Kansas City's Westside neighborhood is scheduled to be a NAHB green building.  Major sustainable elements include solar hot water panels, ductless heating and cooling systems, and a roof garden. A lap pool, solarium, and sun deck create an indoor/outdoor relationship throughout the home.
