A renovation / new construction project that took advantage of the foundation and utility infrastructure of an existing 1960's raised ranch, this residence endeavored to use environmentally sensitive materials and planning methods.  Previously a duplex, the roof was replaced and the structure transformed into a modern, single family, 3 bedroom, 4 bath home.  A second level was added with a studio and roof deck overlooking planned green roofs.
