Local developers are working with DA+UD's design team to create a maintenance provided, energy efficient and environmentally appropriate community.  The unique site is located on a hilltop overlooking Lake Quivira and surrounded by mature trees.  A variety of unit and building options are being designed to fit with the character of the existing lake community.
